3M's Frontline Intern program provides their students with an opportunity to shadow and sell with the best sales professionals in their organization. This gave Reece the opportunity to have first-hand experience to navigate challenging conversations with clinicians calling on over 100 accounts weekly.
This fraternity lives by 5 core values: commitment to Christ, excellence, humility, integrity, and respect. Through his fraternity, Reece has been able to capitalize on his passion for helping others and learned how to lead teams to coordinate community service events.
This rigorous major and professional development program is one of the highest ranked sales degrees in the nation. Professional Selling has taught Reece strategy, efficiency, and confidence. This was done through intense workloads where students must prioritize, execute, and recieve feedback on assignments. By completing 40+ role plays and 5 sales competitions, Reece learned what it takes to be successful in sales.
In this role play, Sydney Augillion and Reece go through a full 20-minute sales call from rapport, needs-id, product demonstration, to closing. This is a great example of the skills they both gained as ProSales students at Baylor University.
Spending time with Reece's father has taught him the value of sweat. Throughout his life, he has worked with his dad and helped him build his companies. Through his father, Reece found that he can take those hard-working values into the corporate environment and find equal success.
Managing 20-30 kids over a week-long period is not an easy task; however, it is very rewarding. During his time at Camp Eagle, Reece realized his passion for giving to others and what a blessing it truly is.
